When you sign up for the waitlist, we only collect your email address. No other personal data is requested or recorded.

• confirm your waitlist registration
• inform you of Edith's launch and updates
• send you, if applicable, a promotional code reserved for early adopters

The legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6-1-a of GDPR), expressed when you register.

5. Retention Period

Emails are retained until:

• your manual unsubscribe via the link provided in our communications, or
• the deletion of the waitlist at the end of the pre-launch phase

6. Hosting and Transfers

Data is hosted by Supabase, on AWS Region Paris (France) servers.

No transfers outside the European Union are made.

7. User Rights

In accordance with GDPR, you have the following rights:

• right of access to your data
• right to rectification or deletion
• right to withdraw your consent at any time

No tracking or audience measurement cookies are placed on the waitlist. Only cookies strictly necessary for the site's operation may be used by Vercel or Supabase.
